I will:

- Buy your domain name.
- Make changes and updates to your website.
Your Purchase
After purchase, you will provide:
- Preferred domain name.
- Niche or topic area of your website.
- Detailed information about your website (photos, customer reviews, etc.
Your Live Website
- When all details are provided, your website will be live in 2 to 14 days, depending on my workload.
- At your request, prior to your purchase, I am perfectly willing to inform you of the timeline until your website would be live.
Website Maintenance
- This covers your website, your domain, and your web hosting.
- The first seven changes and updates requested throughout the year will be completed in a timely manner.
- Any changes or updates after 7 will be $50 for each occurrence.
If you decide to switch to self-maintenance of your website at any time, I will transfer it to your own web hosting service. This is not reversible. If you later decide you would like to go back to the Site Maintenance Plan, you will start from scratch. The option for incidents requiring site repair is only for those on the Site Maintenance Plan who have exceeded the included 7 revisions for the year.
